Gazpacho

The gazpacho was a simple dish using tomato paste, tomato juice, bell pepper (Red and green), onion, cucumber, garlic, jalapeno, tomatoes, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Finished product
Prep: No problems with prep.

Presentation: I added some small dice vegetables to the top of the soup as garnish and also sprinkled some paprika and chili powder for extra color depth.

Taste: The taste of the soup is similar to ceviche, and would be refreshing on a hot summer day.

Overall: An easy to make cold soup.
