Italian Sausage

The Italian sausage was made with lean pork, salt, black pepper, fennel, crushed red pepper, ground coriander, paprika, and cold water. The cubed pork was first put in the grinder.

Final Plating
The sausage was formed into circular patties and cooked in a pan until lightly browned. I combined them with some sliced fried potatoes.

Prep: No problems with prep.

Presentation: I could have used another element to make the presentation more vibrant looking, such as some green garnish or hot sauce along the sides.

Taste: The sausage in this recipe is relatively mild and I would add more chile flake for next time.

Overall: With a little more seasoning, I'd make this again.
